Joensuun Puukeidas Oy has been granted wood chain of origin management certificate no. 239272-2017-AE-FIN-FINAS. The certificate was issued to us on 30 April 2017.
The certificate covers the purchase and sale of spruce and pine lumber and their further processing.
Joensuun Puukeidas Oy’s top management has overall responsibility for ensuring that our company complies with the PEFC ST 2002:2013 standard wood chain management system, and the management is committed to complying with the requirements of the management system and to monitor that wood raw material is not supplied from controversial sources. In addition, the management commits to shouldering its social responsibility and maintaining standard working conditions.
